For passengers

1. Download the mobile application "Tachku!" on your phone. It’s available on Play Market and AppStore.

2. For registration enter your phone number. You will receive an SMS with a verification code to confirm your number, enter it.

3. Enter your name, upload the photo.

4. To order a car it is enough to write a route in the form: "From" - "Where" (with a number of the house) and offer the desired "Price" for the trip (within reason). In the "Comments" you need to specify the entrance, where to pick you up or additional information for drivers.

5. By clicking on "Car preferences" you can choose: minivan or car with a child seat.

6. Click the "Order" button, the application will start searching for drivers ready to take you on this route for the specified price.

7. When the driver accepts the order, the application will notify you about it. In the request window you can watch in real time as the ordered car moves to you on the interactive map of the city and the estimated time of arrival.

8. As soon as the car arrives to you, the application will notify you about it. Do not forget to click on the "I'm out" button.

9. At the end of the trip you will receive the message "Estimate your trip", we recommend not forgetting to rate drivers and write a comment, this affects the driver's rating and the number of orders received by him.

Additional functions for passengers:

1. If you do not know the price of the trip or want to leave faster, you can use the "Bargaining" function. To do this, click "Enable bargaining" when searching for a driver. After that, you will receive orders from drivers with the cost, for which they are ready to take you on the route you specified. You choose with which driver to go.

2. If you need to leave for another city, open the side menu of the application and make an intercity trip in the "Intercity" section, and if you need cargo transportation, use the "Freight" section.

Terms of Service:

  • It is forbidden to write any messages to the request feed: correspondence, appeal, threats, insults, obscene language, any advertising, delivery, rent, etc.
  • It is forbidden for passengers to write in the request feed incomprehensible requests without an address or without price.
  • The passenger exit time is a maximum of 10 minutes. After the expiration of this time it is required to pay the driver for the waiting.
  • If you are a passenger and have changed your mind about going, cancel the request in the application or call the driver.
